Welcome to Food Venture LLC where exciting things are always happening! Food Venture LLC is dedicated to the production of high quality authentic ethnic foods from around the world. Never having any preservatives or other chemical additives, our products appeal to the health conscious as well as those simply interested in experiencing the authentic flavors of unique foods. Initially, we have chosen several Southeast Asian, Italian, Mexican, and Cuban foods. These cuisines have wide appeal to a discriminating eating audience across the country. Food Venture LLC was founded by the owners of the Southeast Asian Restaurant along with a small group of investors who had the same interest in making truly authentic ethnic foods in a convenient individual meal format available to a wider audience than a restaurant setting. Food Venture LLC is a modern USDA inspected factory able to produce products in large quantities without sacrificing quality, consistency, or authenticity. Recipe formulations are meticulously followed to ensure consistency from batch to batch. Other production practices ensure a high quality product from preparation through final packaging. R&D is an ongoing effort. We constantly experiment with authentic dishes so as to bring the very best to those who seek gourmet quality foods. If you have ideas on other cuisines, contact us. Food Venture markets its products under the Food Venture, Spice Venture, and Giuseppe logos. We also private label products for companies who prefer to sell and distribute their proprietary products through their own channels. Our products are available in three packaging formats: Individual frozen convenience meals found in the Freezer section of local and chain grocery stores; Food Service trays as found on hot buffets in upscale grocery and gourmet shops with kitchens; and our Deli Pack or HMR (Home Meal Replacement) products are found in the Deli section of grocery stores.
